Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court: The hearing of the patent ownership dispute between DJI and Yingshi has been postponed.

Recently, there were media reports that the dispute cases between Shadow Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. and DJI Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. would be heard in court on April 3rd at the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. However, according to information obtained from the Shenzhen Intermediate Court, the related cases have not reached the trial stage and the hearing scheduled for April 3rd was actually a procedural hearing for the parties involved. An official from the Shenzhen Intermediate Court told reporters that the reports of the court hearing were misleading. Furthermore, the reporters also learned that due to new procedural matters submitted by the parties involved in the case, the hearing has been postponed.
