The photolithography sector continues to strengthen, with Zhongrun Optics, TengJing Technology, and Juguang Technology hitting historical highs during trading. China Shipbuilding Special Gas and Medikai also rose by more than 10%, while Lanying Equipment, Zhongci Electronics, Lante Optical, Huat Gas, and Jiangfeng Electronics followed suit. In terms of related ETFs, the Semiconductor Equipment ETF Yifangda rose by 0.85%, with a turnover of 62.8064 billion yuan, while the Semiconductor Equipment ETF Guangfa rose by 0.56%, with a turnover of 58.9784 billion yuan.
