Futures News on April 2nd: The development and reform commission, grain and material reserve bureau, finance department, agriculture and rural department of each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the central government, the vertical management bureaus of the National Grain and Reserve Bureau, the provincial branches of China Agricultural Development Bank, and China Grain Reserves Management Group Co., Ltd.: In order to seriously implement the policy of minimum purchase price for grain, the total limited purchase volume for rice in 2026 will continue. The limited purchase volume is 50 million tons, including 20 million tons of indica rice and 30 million tons of japonica rice. The limited purchase volume will be distributed in two batches, with the first batch totaling 45 million tons and not allocated to provinces, and the second batch totaling 5 million tons, to be distributed to provinces based on specific circumstances.
