Donghong Corporation announced that Huafu Securities originally designated Huang Lei and Liu Bingbing as the sponsor representatives for the issuance of A shares to specific targets by the company, and will continue to supervise them until December 31, 2026. Due to Liu Bingbing's job change, Huafu Securities has appointed Liu Qingwen to replace her as the sponsor representative for continuous supervision. After the change, the sponsor representatives for continuous supervision of the project are Huang Lei and Liu Qingwen, which will not affect the continuous supervision work.
