Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Encourage large enterprises to establish a regular and institutionalized "1+N" paired assistance relationship with small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the dissemination of large enterprises' experiences in computing power technology, operational management, cost control and scenario implementation.

The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the implementation of a special action to empower small and medium-sized enterprises with universal computing power. It pointed out the need to implement a "1+N" pairing assistance mechanism for large, medium, and small enterprises. Encouraging large enterprises to establish a normalized and institutionalized "1+N" pairing assistance relationship with medium and small enterprises, promote the output of large enterprises' experience in computing technology, operation and maintenance management, cost control, and scenario implementation, and provide targeted and precise support. Organize activities for the integration and connection of large, medium, and small enterprises, and encourage the main chain enterprises to open up internal idle computing resources to medium and small enterprises when releasing demand scenarios, in order to improve collaborative innovation efficiency.
