OP Lighting: Controlling shareholder's 40 million shares have been released from pledge.

OP Lighting announced that recently, the 40 million shares of the company held by controlling shareholder Zhongshan OP were released from pledge on April 1, accounting for 11.49% of its holdings and 5.38% of the total share capital of the company. Zhongshan OP holds 348 million shares of the company, accounting for 46.85% of the total share capital. After this pledge release, the cumulative pledged shares amount to 97.5 million, accounting for 28% of its holdings and 13.12% of the total share capital of the company. As of the date of the announcement, Zhongshan OP and its concerted actors' cumulative pledged shares have decreased to 120 million shares, accounting for 16.15% of the total share capital.
