Five departments take action to standardize the release of online platform recruitment information.

Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued administrative guidance on regulating the release of recruitment information on online platforms. The five departments require online platforms such as Zhaopin, Boss Zhipin, 58 Tongcheng, Maimai, TikTok, Kuaishou, Sina Weibo, and Baidu Tieba to further strengthen their responsibility for managing information content, ensure qualifications verification, clear information disclosure, content review, risk prevention, control and disposal, continuously improve compliance operations, technical defense algorithms, and safeguarding rights, strengthen the governance of online recruitment spaces, and safeguard the legitimate employment rights of job seekers.
