Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission have issued administrative guidance on regulating the release of recruitment information on online platforms. The five departments require online platforms such as Zhaopin, Boss Zhipin, 58 Tongcheng, Maimai, Douyin, Kuaishou, Sina Weibo, and Baidu Tieba to further strengthen their responsibility for managing information content, ensure qualifications are verified, information is clearly displayed, content is reviewed, risk prevention is in place, and control measures are implemented. They must continuously improve compliance, technological defenses, algorithms, and safeguarding of rights to enhance governance of online recruitment spaces and protect the legitimate employment rights of job seekers (CCTV News).
