Huaxin Securities: Maintains a "buy" rating for Shede Spirits, expecting the company to return to growth in 2026. According to Huaxin Securities research report, Shede Spirits' revenue in 2025 was 4.42 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 17.5%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 220 million RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 35.5%. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company's sales revenue decreased by 5.3% year-on-year, and "revenue + contract liabilities" decreased by 15.4% year-on-year, mainly due to weakened demand and inventory control by the company, leading to a slight slowdown in cash flow. The number of distributors decreased by 138 to 2525 in the whole year, mainly due to the optimization of distributors outside the province. Spring festival sales/ collection have shown signs of improvement, with channel inventory at relatively low levels. It is expected that the company will return to growth in 2026, and the performance is expected to be flexible. The current stock price corresponds to PE ratios of 42/33/27 respectively, maintaining a "buy" rating.
