The inspection guidance group of the Ministry of Transportation found during the inspection in Hubei that some enterprises were engaged in the transportation of dangerous goods without permission.

During the Spring Festival travel rush, the Ministry of Transport inspection and guidance group went to Wuhan, Jingmen, Jingzhou, Yichang and other places in Hubei province to carry out inspection and guidance work on the major risks and hidden dangers of transportation safety production during the 2026 Spring Festival travel rush. The inspection and guidance group found during their on-site inspection in Jingmen City that a truck from Zoyue Gas Co., Ltd. in Hubei province was carrying 2 boxes of 32 steel cylinders of compressed argon gas without the proper markings, totaling 640 liters, which did not meet the requirements of the notice on further regulating the road transport management of limited quantities of bottled nitrogen and other gases by the Ministry of Transport. It was found that the company did not obtain a permit for the transportation of dangerous goods by road, and was using a regular truck to transport dangerous goods.
