Hirotaka Takada appointed as Canon's Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer.

On April 2nd, Canon Inc. announced new management personnel appointments. Former Chairman and CEO of Canon Canada Inc., Masahiko Takaki, has been appointed as the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Canon Inc., effective April 1, 2026. He will be responsible for overseeing the operational development of Canon's overall business in China.
