According to statistics from China Institute of Real Estate Studies, in April, Beijing will welcome the auction of 6 residential land parcels with a total starting price of 12.883 billion yuan; Shanghai will have 3 residential land parcels auctioned with a total starting price of 6.549 billion yuan; Guangzhou has announced the auction of 1 residential land parcel with a starting price of 1.398 billion yuan; Shenzhen has announced the auction of 1 residential land parcel with a starting price of 0.983 billion yuan; Hangzhou will have 11 residential land parcels auctioned with a total starting price of nearly 9.336 billion yuan; Nanjing will have 12 residential land parcels auctioned with a total starting price of 4.837 billion yuan. As of now, the total starting price of residential land parcels planned to be auctioned in 6 key cities in April is nearly 36 billion yuan.
