A-share private placements overview: Three companies disclose private placement progress

Wind data shows that on April 2nd, three A-share companies issued announcements related to private placements. Among them, one company's private placement plan was approved by the shareholders' meeting, and two companies' private placement plans were approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. So far this year, a total of 52 companies have announced completed private placement schemes, with 18 of them raising over 1 billion yuan. In particular, China Shenhua, China Energy Construction, and Beiqi Blue Valley raised the highest amounts in their private placements, with fundraising totals of 20 billion yuan, 6.5 billion yuan, and 6 billion yuan, respectively.
