Major stock indexes in Europe closed higher.

The European Stoxx 600 index rose by 2.41%. The UK's FTSE 100 index rose by 1.85%, Germany's DAX index rose by 2.62%, France's CAC 40 index rose by 2.1%, and Spain's IBEX index rose by 3.11%.
