The highest transaction price was 36.91 yuan per share, the lowest transaction price was 25.52 yuan per share, and a total of 233.7454 million yuan has been paid. The share repurchase was not implemented in March 2026. This repurchase is expected to be in the range of 200-300 million yuan, and the purpose is to reduce the registered capital.
