Tibet issues new policy on housing provident fund, maximum loan amount for commercial housing increased to 1.8 million yuan.

According to the official WeChat account of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region, the new policy on housing provident fund in Tibet has been officially released and will be implemented from the date of issuance. This policy involves a significant adjustment to the loan amounts. Specifically, for the purchase of residential properties within the region, the maximum housing provident fund loan amount has been increased from the previous standards to 1.6 million yuan; for the purchase of newly-built residential properties that meet the "Residential Project Norms" and the "Good Residential" standards in Tibet, or for completed and qualified existing properties, the maximum loan amount has directly increased to 1.8 million yuan.
