CITIC Heavy Industries: Repurchased a total of 11.7918 million A shares with a total amount of 54.9959 million yuan

Zhenhua Heavy Industries announced that, in order to strengthen market value management, the company will repurchase A-shares through the centralized bidding trading method for the purpose of cancellation and reducing registered capital. The repurchase amount will not be less than 50 million yuan and not more than 100 million yuan, with a repurchase period until May 27, 2026. As of March 31, 2026, the company has repurchased a total of 11.7918 million shares, accounting for 0.2238% of the total share capital, with a total payment of 54.9959 million yuan, buying at a highest price of 5.36 yuan per share and a lowest price of 4.37 yuan per share.
