Recently, 12 leading companies such as Master Kong Beverages, Jinjiang Hotel, Miniso, United Family Healthcare, San Nong Group, Anke Innovation, Bama Tea, Shiyi Burnt Grass Jelly, Morning Light Stationery, Da Bei Nong, Dongming Petrochemical, and NavInfo announced that they will provide "unlimited token" benefits for outstanding employees, supporting the deep use of Feishu AI products. United Family Healthcare, as a high-end medical institution, will use unlimited tokens to significantly improve the efficiency of medical record organization, literature retrieval, and internal training. They will also apply AI capabilities to streamline diagnosis and treatment plans and optimize patient communication, allowing precise medical services to reach more patients. Starting in 2023, Anke Innovation has invested heavily in exploring AI applications and has opened up advanced AI models to all employees without restriction. Employees have consumed a total of 5 trillion tokens. The comprehensive opening of AI tools such as Feishu has reshaped Anke's internal work mode: the marketing team generates 2.2 million materials with the help of AI, increasing efficiency by 10 times; 80% of the customer service team's tickets are automatically handled by AI, supporting 10 languages; and R&D engineers can output high-quality architecture solutions within 2 hours.
