Shanghai International Energy Exchange issued an announcement on the implementation of restrictive measures on certain clients in opening positions. On April 1, 2026, a group of accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the trading volume limit on the account group for relevant contracts, reaching the processing standard set by the Shanghai International Energy Exchange. The trading behavior of the above-mentioned clients violates Article 16 of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange's Rules on the Management of Abnormal Trading Behavior, and the Shanghai Energy Exchange has decided to impose restrictive measures on opening positions for the relevant clients on the corresponding contracts.
