The Chinese delegation has completed the task of attending the first study group meeting of the Working Group 1C of the Radio Communication Department of the International Telecommunication Union.

From March 23rd to 27th, 2026, the International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Sector Working Party 1C Working Group meeting of rapporteur groups was held in Munich, Germany. This meeting was the third meeting of the rapporteur groups of the study cycle WP1C for the World Radiocommunication Conference 2027. In 2023, WP1C established this rapporteur group through relevant resolutions to advance the revision of the ITU-R Spectrum Monitoring Handbook. The meeting focused on discussions regarding the revision of various chapters of the Spectrum Monitoring Handbook, including monitoring stations and equipment, data, and automation. The revision work for the various chapters of the handbook has been largely completed and is planned to be submitted for review at the WP1C meeting scheduled for June 2026. A paper submitted by the Chinese delegation on the chapter of data and automation was accepted by the meeting.
