On April 1st, Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Company announced that the Board of Directors has received a written resignation report from the Company Secretary, Ma Zaisheng. Ma Zaisheng has applied to resign from the position of Company Secretary due to work arrangements, but will continue to serve as the Deputy General Manager of the company. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, the resignation report will take effect upon its delivery to the Board of Directors. In accordance with the rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and other related regulations, during the interim period before a new Company Secretary is formally appointed, the duties of the Company Secretary will be temporarily carried out by the Deputy General Manager Zhang Youda. The company will expedite the process of selecting a new Company Secretary in accordance with the relevant regulations.
