Abu Dhabi Investment Holding Group to acquire the entire equity of a US natural gas infrastructure company for $2.25 billion.

Abu Dhabi Investment Holding Group 2PointZero announced in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on Tuesday that its subsidiary, ePointZero, will acquire 100% stake in the U.S. natural gas infrastructure company Traverse Midstream Partners for $2.25 billion. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
