Tianyancha's risk information shows that in recent days, there have been multiple new court notices for dispute cases involving Ying Stone Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., DJI Innovations Co., Ltd., and others. The parties involved include Ying Stone Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., DJI Innovations Co., Ltd., Wang, Chen, and others. The above cases were all scheduled for trial on April 3 at the Intermediate People's Court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It was reported that earlier, DJI had officially sued Ying Stone Innovation in the Intermediate People's Court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, involving 6 patent ownership disputes with several former core R&D personnel from DJI being accused of involvement.
