As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in May on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by $1.50 to $101.38 per barrel, a decrease of 1.46%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in May on the London Brent rose by $5.57 to $118.35 per barrel, an increase of 4.94%.
