Jingke Zhinong announcement: The company intends to acquire control of Jiangsu Huibo Robot Technology Co., Ltd. through capital increase and signing of a joint action agreement, and include it in the consolidated financial statements. Among them, the company will invest 650 million yuan to increase its capital and shares in Huibo. It is expected that after this capital increase, Jingke Zhinong will become the largest shareholder of Huibo, holding 30.23% of its shares. In addition, the company has signed a "Joint Action Agreement" with the Huibo team, according to which the company will obtain approximately 20.54% of the voting rights of Huibo from the Huibo team, and thus have a total of approximately 50.77% of the voting rights of Huibo.
