Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd.s shareholder intends to donate 5 million shares to the Shanghai Jiaotong University Education Development Foundation.

Ningde Times announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiamen Ruiting Investment Co., Ltd., plans to donate 5 million shares of Ningde Times (equivalent to 0.11% of the total share capital) to the Education Development Foundation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The donated shares, which are unlimited circulating A-shares, will generate all proceeds and funds to support the development of education at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
