China Digital announced that the company recently provided guarantees for multiple credit facilities of its subsidiaries, including a 900 million yuan credit facility for China Digital Limited, Beijing China Digital Co., Ltd., and the Beijing Zhongguancun Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and a 120 million yuan credit facility for Hefei China Digital Co., Ltd. and the Baohe Branch of Bank of China in Hefei, with a total guarantee amount of 1.68 billion yuan. The guarantees are joint and several guarantees with a guarantee period of three years from the expiration of the debt performance period. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 67.867 billion yuan, with an actual utilization of 28.869 billion yuan, accounting for 262.29% of the net assets audited in the most recent period.
