Sina Finance reported on March 31 that Youfa Group announced that on February 27, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Tangshan Youfa New Building Materials, Jinxiu Zhonghe, Yu Zhifeng, and Zhang Jingtong signed a partnership agreement to jointly invest in the establishment of a partnership enterprise. Tangshan Youfa New Building Materials subscribed 20 million yuan, accounting for 62.3053%. Due to factors such as project progress and changes in the cooperation intentions of investment targets, based on the principle of prudence, the company decided to terminate the investment and transfer the subscribed shares of 20 million yuan to Zhang Jingtong for a transfer consideration of 14 million yuan. As of the date of the announcement, the partnership enterprise has not engaged in investment activities. This termination does not affect the company's normal business operations.
