Sina Finance reported on March 31st that according to Tianyancha App, recently, Beijing Xin Xin Development Private Equity Fund Limited Partnership was established, with Beijing Jianguangshun Chuang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. as the executing partner. The capital contribution is 2.5 billion RMB, and the business scope includes private equity investment fund management and venture capital fund management services. Partner information shows that the fund is jointly funded by Citic Financial Assets, Beijing ZiGuang Communication Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jianguangshun Chuang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.
