It is reported that the total investment of the Central China Health Beverage R&D Center is 200 million yuan, with a first-phase construction area of nearly 20,000 square meters. It integrates beverage culture popularization, industrial data services, new product release incubation, and R&D pilot transformation. It is one of the few specialized health beverage R&D service platforms in China that is led by the government and deeply involved in operation by top beverage brand research institutes. Its "popularization + experiment + pilot testing" model is also the first of its kind in the country.
