Mexican President: Mexico has the right to provide oil to Cuba.

Sina Finance reported on March 31st that Mexican President Claudia Sinbaum said at a regular press conference on the 30th that Mexico has the right to provide oil to Cuba based on humanitarian or commercial reasons, and private enterprises may participate.
