Sina Finance News March 30th: Juba News: Amundoh, spokesperson for the South Sudan National Police Bureau, said on the 30th that an unidentified armed group attacked a gold mine in the Central Equatoria State of South Sudan on the evening of the 28th, resulting in at least 74 civilians dead and many others missing. Amundoh said the attack took place in the Jebel Iraq gold mining area in Central Equatoria State, and the victims were all civilians engaged in gold mining activities in the area. Amundoh stated that the police and the South Sudan People's Defense Forces have been deployed to the area of the incident to conduct patrol and rescue operations. The investigation is still ongoing and the identity of the attackers has not been confirmed.
