Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Lingpai Technology announced that it intends to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Lingpai New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd. to Hengyang Wufang Power Co., Ltd. The transfer price for this equity is 1 RMB. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Lingpai Research Institute, and Lingpai Research Institute will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
