Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Hongrun Construction announced that its subsidiary, Anhui Tezhu Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., signed a "Xuancheng Honglin Town Gedianshan Village 100MW Tea Light Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contract" with Xuancheng Wan Hong New Energy Co., Ltd. The contract signing price is 350 million yuan, with a construction period of 317 days. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but is not a major asset restructuring and does not require approval from relevant departments.
