Sina Finance News on March 30, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice regarding Zhejiang Dongfang Kema Electronic Co., Ltd.'s overseas issuance and listing of shares and the "full circulation" of domestically unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 9,348,900 ordinary shares for overseas listing and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 28 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 46,067,139 domestically unlisted shares into overseas listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
