The first case involves Shangrao Shangtou Trade Co., Ltd., with an amount of 88.8784 million yuan; the second case involves Jiangxi Tongyuan International Supply Chain Co., Ltd., with an amount of 59.3195 million yuan. The company stated that the lawsuits have not yet been heard in court, and the outcome of the litigation is still uncertain, so it is currently unable to determine the impact on the company's profits.
