Vietnam Phong Thanh Oil Refinery: The starting volume in the second quarter will reach 123% of the designed capacity. In the second quarter, 2 million tons of fuel will be produced, with the goal of reaching a finished oil production of 8.3 million tons by 2026, setting a new historical record. The new oil storage facilities will be put into operation in May.
