CATL's subsidiary, Time Electric Service, has established a new company in Chengdu.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Chengdu Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Yongcan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: industrial robot installation and maintenance; rental of charging control equipment; rental of batteries; sales of electric vehicle chargers; and centralized fast charging stations, etc. According to QiChaCha's equity penetration, the company is wholly owned by Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ningde Times.
