The Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "2030 Action Plan for Smart Maritime Transport". It points out the need to enhance the intelligence level of maritime electronic equipment systems such as waterway traffic radar, high-speed communication, and digital navigation, and integrate research and development of intelligent ship comprehensive control systems. It is necessary to develop a complete set of equipment systems for autonomous navigation and remote control of ships in coastal, inland, and ocean scenarios, and explore achieving full-course availability on routes with communication conditions. Strengthening research on remote operation and maintenance and ship-shore interoperability technology to enhance the reliability and compatibility of intelligent equipment systems for propulsion systems and cargo. Enhance data interface standardization and construction of a data intelligence foundation, and improve the processing capabilities and levels of multi-source data for smart ships.
