According to the discipline inspection commission of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Zhang Xiucheng, director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Judicial Committee, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the discipline inspection commission of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
