A building collapsed in Hailin, Heilongjiang, and two people have been rescued.

Around midnight on March 29th, a building in Hailin Town, Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province partially collapsed, trapping 9 people. According to the relevant department, it has been reported that 2 people have been rescued, but their physical condition is unknown. The rescue operation is still ongoing.
