Reporters learned from the Guizhou Branch of the People's Bank of China that since December 2024, the branch has been carrying out a pilot project on the comprehensive financing cost of explicit enterprise loans in the province. The main pilot banks in the jurisdiction interpret loan costs through a small piece of "loan clarity paper," creating a cost reduction of over 300 million yuan for more than 1,500 companies that meet the conditions for fee reductions or financial subsidies.
