German study report: China's industrial digitalization level leads the world.

The "2026 Industry 4.0 Barometer" report jointly released by the University of Munich in Germany and consulting firm MHP shows that China is leading the world in industrial digitalization, with outstanding performance in digital twin technology, artificial intelligence, supply chain transparency, and automation. The report indicates that the global level of digitalization in the industrial sector continues to rise, with the Barometer index increasing from 48% in 2022 to the current 68%. China has reached 72%, a 3 percentage point increase from last year, while the United States is at 69%, India and Mexico are at 68% and 67% respectively.
