In order to attract more young talents to settle down, the city will build 30,000 sets of youth talent apartments along the subway lines with complete supporting facilities. 3 million square meters of youth innovation space, a team of 3,000 service butlers, 20 youth talent vitality districts, and a number of youth talent lounges will also be developed. The city will also provide 30 billion yuan in development funds, focusing on building a youth-friendly policy system.
