On March 28, at the 2026 Global Developers Pioneer Conference, Shanghai launched the Science Intelligence Special Fund. The fund was initiated by Shanghai Guotou Company, focusing on creating patient capital and strategic capital to serve national strategies, filling the early investment gap in disruptive innovation tracks, and providing full-cycle funding support for original innovation in the field of scientific intelligence.
