On March 27th local time, former Brazilian President Bolsonaro was discharged from the hospital in the capital Braslia. At around 10 am that day, he left the hospital and returned to his residence near the Braslia Botanical Garden, beginning house arrest. Prior to this, Bolsonaro had been hospitalized for pneumonia since March 13th and had received treatment in the intensive care unit for 10 days. According to a ruling by Brazilian Supreme Court judge Alexandre de Moraes, Bolsonaro is required to undergo a 90-day house arrest, wear an electronic ankle bracelet, and comply with regulations such as electronic monitoring, restricted visits, and a ban on using social media. Currently, Bolsonaro is implementing these measures at his residence in Braslia, awaiting further judicial progress in the case involving allegations of a coup.
