Specifically, it plans to acquire 19.6337% equity in Nanda Pharmaceutical held by Huatai Guoxin, 0.0987% equity in Nanda Pharmaceutical held by Daoxing Chuangtou, and 2.5000% equity in Nanda Pharmaceutical held by Yao Fandi.
