Tianfu Energy announced that the company publicly listed the transfer of 51% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zezhong Water Service to Tianze Water Investment, at a transfer price of 371 million yuan. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. After the transaction is completed, Zezhong Water Service will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, and will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation, nor will it harm the interests of the company and all shareholders.
