Zhongli Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongli Shi Qiao, as a limited partner, has jointly established Xiamen Hengchuang Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise with multiple parties, with a total capital contribution of 408.7591 million yuan. Zhongli Shi Qiao has subscribed 30 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 7.34%. Recently, the fund has completed registration with the China Securities Investment Fund Association, with the registration date being March 26, 2026. In the future operation, the partnership enterprise may face risks such as investment failures, but due to the small proportion of capital contribution from Zhongli Shi Qiao, it is expected to have limited impact on the company's business performance.
