Ganyuan Food announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Deputy General Manager Zhang Jiusheng. Due to personal reasons, Zhang Jiusheng applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager and will no longer hold any position in the company after leaving office. His original term was until November 7, 2027, and the resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. As of the date of the announcement, Zhang Jiusheng did not hold any company shares and has completed the handover of work.
